Department of Forestry -The Contract area includes non-federally owned forest land within the Virginia counties of Alleghany, Appomattox Bedford, Bland, Botetourt, Campbell, Charlotte, Craig, Carroll, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Halifax, Henry, Montgomery, Patrick, Pittsylvania, Pulaski, Roanoke, Wythe and the independent cities of Covington, Danville, Galax, Lynchburg, Martinsville, Radford, Roanoke, Salem.

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Fixed Price Contract for midstory management, cull tree control, precommercial thinning, crop tree release, climbing vine control, and stand marking within the specified Contract area. All work must be performed in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions specified herein. Work may take place on private or public land at the direction of Virginia Department of Forestry (DOF) Program Administrator and DOF Area staff.
