Hard Labor Creek Water Reservoir Apalachee River Intake

Sealed bids will be received by the Walton County Water & Sewerage Authority, 2171 Highway 81, Loganville, GA 30052 no later than 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 26, 2026 by mail or hand delivery for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the Hard Labor Creek Reservoir Apalachee River Intake.

Copies of Contract Documents, Specifications, and Construction Drawings may be obtained from Precision Planning, Inc. upon an email request for plans to Natalie Pifer 861np@ppi.us.

A bid bond or a certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid to be enclosed with the bid at the time of bid opening. Cashier's check will be made payable to the Walton County Water & Sewerage Authority. The successful bidder will be required to furnish OWNER with Insurance, Workman's Compensation Insurance, and Performance and Payment Bonds* in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the total bid. Proof of workers compensation and liability insurance will be required with the Walton County Water & Sewerage Authority named as additional insured. Contractors must also provide a Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify.

The Walton County Water & Sewerage Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the Authority.
