General Description
The Greenville DDA will have 32 hanging flower baskets in the downtown corridor along
M-91 (Lafayette Street). The baskets serve an aesthetic purpose for the downtown area.
Assembled hanging baskets must be delivered to Greenville City Hall by Monday,
May 24, 2027.

Bid Information
Any changes and/or addenda to this bid will be posted on www.greenvillemi.org under
the bids tab. Any and all questions regarding this bid shall be directed to the principal
contact listed above.

Bids are due 2:00 pm, Tuesday, September 29, 2026

Please submit your sealed proposals using the attached bid form, as well as all other
requested information. One copy of the bid shall be delivered to:

Evaluation of Bids
The City will review submitted bids and other relevant information. The City reserves the
right to accept or reject any response for any or no reason and to waive any minor
irregularity if determined to be in the best interest of the City of Greenville.
Selection of Bids
It is anticipated that this agreement will be considered by DDA, possibly on October 12,
2026.
Scope of Work
• Light Soil/Basket Soil Mix
• Each individual basket shall look similar to included pictures, specifically the
fullness and hanging length.
• Insecticide to be provided in the baskets
• Long Term Fertilizer
• Pictures showing the look of the product, the flower variety, and colors you are
proposing must be included with your response.
