Notes:
Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from
qualified contractors to remove and replace the hanger door of Hanger 2 at the
Ames Municipal Airport.
Contractors should read all materials carefully and note the due date.
Contractors must submit all questions in the "Questions" tab related to this bid
opportunity.
Bid Activities
Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit
11/30/2023 2:30:00 PM (CT)
There will be an optional pre-proposal meeting and site visit due to the nature of this RFP/RFQ. The location of this
meeting be at Hanger 2 at the Ames Municipal Airport. The airport is located at 2520 Airport Drive, Ames, IA 50010. A
map of the airport is provided on Drawing C1.
No verbal statements by ISU or its representatives at this meeting will be binding. ISU will post all changes and material
clarifications in the form of an addenda after the meeting. Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-
proposal meeting. Failure to attend or have representation at the meeting will not result in the Contractor or individual
being ineligible to participate in the competitive process.

5 In response to this RFP/RFQ and after carefully reviewing all instructions, scope of work/specifications, and terms in
the RRP/RFQ documents, submits this Proposal as an offer to enter into a mutually acceptable contractual
agreement with University. If this Proposal is accepted by University, Contractor agrees to provide goods and/or
furnish services in accordance with this Proposal.
