Hangar Site Development

Sealed bids will be received until Wed., Dec. 4, 2024 at 2:00 PM EST at the Bulloch Cnty Comm Office, 115 N. Main St., Statesboro, GA 30458. At said time bids will be publicly opened & read aloud for furnishing all labor, materials, equip & performing all work necessary for the: Hangar Site Dev. at the Statesboro-Bulloch Cnty Airport. Work will consist of site grading, pavement, concrete slab & drainage improvements for a 10-unit T-Hangar Site located on the east side of terminal & adjacent to the existing T-hangar development. This work does include the construction of the 10-unit hangar bldg. In addition to the Base Bid work, there will also be two (2) Alternates consisting of site grading, pavement & drainage for a Corp Hangar site adjacent to the T-hangar development. The Corp Hangar portion will only incorporate work to develop the site & does NOT include the slab or the bldgs for the purposes of this package. A PRE-BID Mtg is scheduled for Tue., Nov.19, 2024 at 10:00 AM EST at the Statesboro-Bulloch Cnty Airport terminal blding, 601 Airport Blvd., Statesboro, GA 30461. Attendance is non-mandatory but encouraged. Info for the Proj can be found at: https://www.gmcnetwork.com/bids/. Copies of the Bidding Docs may be obtained from the Issuing Office, upon payment of a one-time admin fee of $20.00 for digital access/file sharing access and/or payment of $125.00 for each printed set. Said cost represents the cost of printing, reproduction, handling, & distribution, therefore no refund will be granted.
