HAMPSTEAD KIWANIS PARK: PHASE 4 PARK FACILITIES AT 586 SLOOP POINT

Pender County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services consisting of; multi use fields, structures, courts, sports lighting, irrigation system, well and pump and finish landscaping for 2 new multi-purpose fields, 6 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 4 pickleball courts, and a bathroom/picnic shelter. The construction service will involve executing the provided plans/drawings and specifications to achieve the primary goal of this project - to provide the citizens of Eastern Pender County with a much needed expansion of multi-sport fields and courts for citizens to enjoy.  Contractors must submit a detailed proposal per Articles 1-22 of the provided Bid Set for Construction and any additional enclosures.

Interested firms are required to monitor the website for possible addenda. Pender County reserves the right to reject any/all submissions.  No telephone or fax proposals will be accepted.  Bids and amendments thereto, or withdrawal of bids submitted, if received by the County after the date and time specified for scheduled receipt, will not be considered. It will be the responsibility of the bidder to see that his bid is received by the specified time and date. There will be no exceptions. Date of postmark will not be accepted.  The County will not be liable for bid packages lost or misdirected by the carrier.  All M/WBE and HUB are encouraged to respond
