Pender County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide an assessment of current audio-visual systems at the Hampstead Annex and design/ planning/installation for new audio and video equipment. Training must be provided and options for ongoing support/ maintenance should be included in proposals. Responses are due no later than January 30, 2025 at 2pm February 13, 2025 at 2pm. and must be labeled “RFP # 25-312”. There will not be a formal opening.
