Hamlet Waterline Replacement

The Rural Municipality of Frenchman Butte No. 501 invites qualified engineering firms to submit proposals for the Hamlet Waterline Replacement Project. Project Scope:

1. Design Phase:

• Assess current infrastructure, including cast iron and PVC pipelines, pumps, and service lines.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, incorporating eight centralized manholes for improved system management.
• Prepare cost estimates and project schedules.

2. Tender Phase:

• Draft tender documents and manage the bid evaluation process.
• Provide recommendations for contractor selection.
• Construction Management Phase:
• Supervise construction, ensure quality assurance, and finalize project documentation.

3. Proposal Submission:

• Deadline: February 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM (Local Saskatchewan Time).
• Include a cover letter, company profile, resumes of key personnel, methodology, timeline, and cost estimates for each phase.
• References from similar projects are required.

Evaluation Criteria:
