The services include preparation of construction contract plans for reconstruction of Loveland Madeira Road from South Lebanon road to West Loveland Avenue. The intention of this project is to consolidate drives to provide better access management, install median islands to restrict the turning movements, construct new curb and gutter and new catch basins for improved drainage, new signage and pavement striping for enhanced safety. Additionally, the existing pavement will be milled and overlaid to increase the longevity of the pavement. The project will be installing a 6' sidewalk on the southeast side and an 11' wide sidewalk on the northwest side of the road. Project length is approximately 2,200’.
