Project Description: The Hall Place Boulevard Connector Project consists of the construction of a new 1,100-foot roadway connecting Beulah Church Road to Cedar Creek Road. The scope of work includes, earthwork and grading, installation of curb and gutter, construction of a new stormwater drainage system, installation of new sidewalks, placement of asphalt base and surface courses. All construction activities shall be performed in accordance with the approved construction plans developed during the planning and design phase. Contractors must adhere to all specifications, standards, and requirements outlined in the project documents.
