HALL COUNTY CAT2 RFP FY26

The Hall County Library System (HCLS) invites USAC service providers with a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) to submit proposals for E-Rate Funding Year 2026 Category 2 Internal Connections and Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections. This RFP outlines requirements and evaluative criteria for networking infrastructure¿including a new firewall, switches, and wireless access points¿to support both a new location and upgrades for existing library sites. Proposals must include detailed pricing, service descriptions, and 3-year licensing renewals for the current Meraki environment or functional equivalents. While the primary focus is on equipment and licensing, all necessary components to operate and manage the hardware are required.
