HALE ALOHA LEHUA AND ILIMA TOWERS - GAS WATER HEATER REPAIRS

Project Description: Provide all labor necessary to replace 4 ea. blower assemblies for hot water heater boilers at the Hale Aloha Lehua and Ilima Towers. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to removing and replacing 4 ea. blowers on Raypak boilers and installing sheetmetal covers on the top panels. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at Hale Aloha Lehua and Ilima Towers, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions

All interested bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on Dec. 23, 2025. Contractors shall meet at the Hale Aloha cafeteria parking area located at 2573 Dole Street. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work must contact Alton Fujimoto through email, altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm Monday, December 22, 2025. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid on this work.
