The Town of Barrington seeks bids from qualified contractors to complete renovations to athletic fields, parking areas, and other improvements at Haines Park in Barrington, including but not limited to: Removal and Replacement of Existing Little League Field, Installation of new Multi-Use Athletic Field, Irrigation, New Fencing/Guardrail, Walkways, and Parking Area Renovation and Expansion, and Landscape Improvements.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at the Project Site Parking Lot; gravel access road is off Haines Park Road, about 400 feet east of Narragansett Ave./Metropolitan Park Drive intersection in Barrington.  Responses to Requests for Information made by those in attendance will be posted and available through the Town of Barrington website

Bids are due no later than 11:00 am local time, on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at the Department of Public Works, 84 Upland Way, Barrington, RI 02806.  The project is subject to prevailing wage.

The Awarding Authority will post at any addenda or written interpretations that it deems at least five (5) business days before the date set for the receipt of affected Bids on the bid page for this project at https://www.barrington.ri.gov/Bids.aspx .
