THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE-SOURCE

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited under Sole Source.

The Contractor shall provide labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, delivery as necessary to provide the Computer Numerical Computer (CNC) Machine Tooling Replacements that include quantity thirty-two (32) each new hollow taper shank (HSK) Tool Holders (Model: HSK-A125 Shrink Chuck) of which 31 of the toolholders shall include the associated accessories (data chips (PNs.: 909009-0002/ data safe locks with prebalancing (91.100.10)/ cool jets (92.100.20) for a combined count of 358 Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) items. Also, the Contractor shall provide FOB destination shipping and 12-month warranty coverage. These replacement items are in support of the 402nd Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins AFB.
