Summary

The work under this project involves the professional design and phased construction for the rehabilitation of the concrete bulkhead at The Hague. The primary objective is to replace failing concrete sections to ensure structural integrity and public safety.



Background

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Friday, August 7, 2026 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/262045 . Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
