Bids shall be submitted for:

  • Demolition and Construction of Historic Sims Park Patio
  • Demolition and Construction of Historic Lobby Staircase.
  • Installation of Structural Beam in dining room archway.

All work shall be done as described in the Contract Documents and as shown on the drawings and complete in 90 calendar days.

A Pre-Bid meeting and site visit shall be conducted on Thursday, January 25, 2018 on the Hacienda site (5621 Main Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652) @ 10:00 AM. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory; however a site visit is mandatory. Failure to sign-in at the site visit will result in a bid being determined ¡°non-responsive¡±. Any questions outside the preconference hearing must be submitted in writing by 2:00pm, Thursday February 1, 2018.
