Project Name: Hach Laboratory Equipment, Supplies, and Materials - Annual Scope of Work: The Vendor shall be responsible for furnishing and delivering to the Lee County requesting Department(s) the commodity or services on an “as needed basis” for one (1) three-year (3) period. Upon mutual written agreement of both parties, the parties may renew the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a renewal term or terms not to exceed the term of two (2) years.
