HAAS Alert Digital Alert Service

The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) on behalf of the Governor's Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) is posting a bid for HAAS Alert Transponders, Safety Cloud Service, and transponder installation. Installations will take place regionally in Metro Atlanta, west Georgia, coastal Georgia, and Middle Georgia (exact locations to be determined). Successful supplier shall be the manufacturer, or a manufacturer approved partner for HAAS Alert. This is a Sole Brand bid. No substitutions will be accepted. This bid is to establish an open agency contract for one (1) year with four (4) - one (1) year optional renewals. The quantities listed are estimates only for initial year purchases. No quantities or monetary value are guaranteed. The price quoted must include all delivery/shipping/fuel surcharge and insurance fees. No additional charges will be allowed. No minimum quantity requirements will be accepted.

Read the instructions carefully. Some documents are required to be completed and uploaded to the bid. Make sure you are registered with the Georgia Department of Revenue and are current with any tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid. Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office https://sos.ga.gov/.

No bonds are required for this bid. Liability insurance in the amounts listed on the RFQ instruction document will be required because of installation. Immigration and security will be required because of installation.

The Contractor should upload as a separate document any discounts for early payment.
