Solicitation Summary

This project, located in Harford County, is for traffic barrier improvements along the following
roadway corridors for a total distance of 4.67 miles:

• MD 24 (Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway) from West MacPhail Road to MD 924
(Emmorton Road) – 3.37 Miles

• US 1 (Hickory Bypass) from US 1 Business (Conowingo Road) to US 1 Business
(Conowingo Road) – 1.30 Miles

The work will consist of the following:

(a) Proposed traffic barrier and end treatments.
(b) Proposed curb and gutter.
(c) Maintenance of Traffic.
(d) Removal of existing sidewalk.
(e) Proposed concrete sidewalk and detectable warning surfaces.
