H-27 Water Pump (Remove/Replace)

This is an official Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice (FA254325Q1042).

The U.S. Air Force 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB, MO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to find potential vendors to provide a service for Removal/replacement of an H-27 Water Pump that meets the requirements specified of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The Contractor will remove the defective pump (BURKS ED10M Regen Pump Bronze fitted, cast iron construction, 2-1/2" NPT inlet, 2" NPT outlet) and motor (BALDOR Motor EM2513T 15HP, 1800 RPM, 254T Frame, 3ph, 60HZ, 230/460V) and replace with a pump and motor of equal or greater capabilities.

DELIVERABLES:

The contractor shall complete performance no more than 30 days after receipt of the order. Service will be performed at Whiteman AFB, MO 65305.

To be considered responsive, you must also include the following:

- Must include a quote for equipment/services provided

- Must Include confirmation of required certification as listed in the PWS

- Must Include Details of what you intend to replace the current pump with, including any necessary specs/images

- Must include the following information in your response:

- Company name, address, and point of contact, with email address and phone number

- CAGE Code and/or UEI number
