This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as an RFQ for Triennial Annual Electric Inspection in accordance with the SOW. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 effective August 27, 2025.

This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210, with size standard of $34.0M. The FSC/PSC is H961.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, Services 2 at 3900 Woodland Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19104-4551 is seeking to purchase FY26 Triennial Breaker Inspections.

Questions regarding notice shall be received no later than January 5, 2026, at 15:00 ET to allan.tabliago@va.gov for submission of questions. No questions will be accepted after this due date. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED REGARDING THIS REQUIREMENT.

Submission of your response shall be received no later than January 8, 2026, at 15:00 ET to allan.tabliago@va.gov for submission of quotes.

Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(c).
