5 PREVAILING WAGE SCHEDULE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Schedule referenced in this document is for informational purposes and for vendor reference only.

As per the NYS DOL, effective December 30, 2024, Sec.220-I 6 - No contractor shall bid on a contract for
public work covered by Article 8 of the Labor Law unless such contractor is registered with the NYSDOL pursuant to
this section. Each contractor must submit their certificate of registration with the bid materials. Subcontractors must
be registered with the NYSDOL and submit a certificate of registration prior to commencing any work on a covered
project.
