Description View Changes

Water Safety Management Program for the Robley Rex VA Medical Center. Request for Quote IAW FAR 13.5, set aside 100% for SDVOSB. This RFQ will result in a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with a period of performance of 07/01/2025 through 06/30/2030. The BPA will consis of 5 (five) one-year ordering periods which will allow for price escalation each year.

QUOTES ARE DUE BY 1:00 PM CT ON 06/04/2025.



AMENDMENT 0001 is to provide answers to questions asked, extend the solicitation, and change the signatory contracting officer from Shawn Hendricks to Roxie Keese. Questions and answers are contained herein.
