Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation, to provide 5-Year Arc Flash Study Services for the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center. The contractor will provide all tools, materials, labor, supervision, and test equipment to perform the 5-Year Arc Flash Safety Service Testing at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center at 5500 E. Kellogg Ave. Wichita, Ks 67218. The Arc Flash Safety Service will identify electrical system hazards and provide proper labeling and recommendations for remediation per the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) safety standards and industry practices.

The government intends to award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) one-time Contract. Individual bulk funded task orders will be issued by the NCO 15 Contracting Office. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541330 (Engineering Services), with a size standard of $25.5 million.

The details including full specifications will be included in the solicitation, which will be released on or about June 10, 2025, the close date will be on or about June 17, 2025. The solicitation number is 36C25525Q0411.
