4-H Barn Restoration Project RFP

The SWW Fair has received State Grant funding through the Washington State Department of Agriculture Fairs Program for $237,500 to improve the roof and repair the 4-H Barn at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds.

This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors to perform structural and roofing improvements on the 4-H Barn located at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds in Chehalis, WA

Only contractors accepted to a small works roster before a project-specific roster is generated can be invited to bid and be awarded a small works contract.

PROPOSALS MUST BE DELIVERED BY OR BEFORE 12:00 PM ON MARCH 28, 2025 (PROPOSALS SUBMITTED AFTER 12:00 PM PACIFIC TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROJECT.) A mandatory site walk-through will be on March 18, 2025, 10:00 am at 1909 South Gold Street, Centralia WA 98531
