The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate changes and updates to clauses in accordance with VA Class Deviation from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Regarding Executive Orders 14173 and 14168 and Class Deviation to VAAR Part 822, Application of Labor Laws to Government Acquisition, and Part 852, Solicitation Provisions and Contract Clauses, to Require Compliance with Executive Order (E.O.) 13899
