Synopsis:

A. THE DELIVERABLES
A.1 Scope of Work
The successful proponent must employ a Dry Screen and Recoat process for all floors which will require a water bourne process.
Current practice is to apply two coats of an approved product. Approved products include:
BERGER -SEIDLE – SPORT GREEN B
BONA SUPER SPORT DTS
Any alternative products need to be submitted to the RFP Contact prior to May 15, 2026 for approval. Any alternative products must include a detailed specification sheet in the approval request. If an alternative product request
