The Project consists of the removal and replacement of gymnasium floors at the Maloney Interdistrict Magnet School and the Bunker Hill Elementary Schools located at 233 S Elm St, Waterbury, CT 06706 and 170 Bunker Hill Ave, Waterbury, CT 06708, respectively.

There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on May 4, 2026 at 9:00AM, starting at Maloney, as follows:
• Maloney Magnet School 233 South Elm St. Waterbury CT 06706
• Bunker Hill Elementary 170 Bunker Hill Ave Waterbury CT 06708
ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN BOTH LOCATIONS OF THE INFORMATION SESSION IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
