Gymnasium Floor Replacement Longsjo

The City of Fitchburg invites sealed bids for replacement gymnasium flooring at Longsjo middle school which has an estimated construction cost of $175,000.

Bids will be received until March 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, City Hall, 718 Main Street, Suite 208, Fitchburg, MA and at the designated time and place publicly opened and recorded. Contractor shall be DCAMM certified in flooring/install.

A bid deposit of at least five percent (5%) of the total project is required. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the sum of 100% of the Contract Price will be required of the successful Bidder. Project is subject to compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
