THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.
Procurement Overview and Goals. The Department of Education (MDE) intends to purchase gym equipment for a newly remodeled space. The agency would like to furnish the area with electronic gym equipment, weights and other miscellaneous equipment as the area allows.
An optional Site Visit will take place on October 23, 2024, at 2:30 PM, at MN Dept. of Education, 400 NE Stinson Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Attendance is not mandatory. Please email karen.mcintyre@state.mn.us to register to attend by Monday, October 21, 2024.
QUESTIONS. Questions should be emailed to the contact by 3:00 PM October 23, 2024.
Other personnel are not authorized to answer questions regarding this Solicitation.
