PUBLIC NOTICE
The Pigeon Forge Police Department is requesting bids from qualified vendors for
GYM EQUIPMENT. Bid specifications may be obtained at the pigeon Forge police
Department Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or
on line at the following web address: www.cityofoigeonforge.com.
The city of Pigeon Forge reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the
bid deemed most favorable to the City. We also reserve the right to accept any
portion or all ofa bid.
Bids will be received by the City until 09:00 a.m., May 5th,2026, at which time they
will be opened and read aloud.

prominently displayed on the outside of the envelope.

The Pigeon Forge Police Department is requesting bids fiom qualified vendors for GyM
EQUIPMENT. The specifications for this GYM EQUIPMENT are attached. Bid
specifications may be obtained at the Pigeon Forge Police Department Monday through
Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or at the following web address:

The City of Pigeon Forge reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid
deemed most lavorable to the city. we also reserve the right to accept any portion or all
of a bid.
The bid may be extended in one year increments up to three years by agreement of both
parties. The bid may be cancelled due to bidder not meeting delivery requirements (45
days from order placement) or not meeting pricing obligations.
Quotation must reflect the cost ofthe equipment, shipping and installation.
Bidder agrees by placing a bid that no bills will be submitted to the pigeon Forge police
Department until all items on order are received and accepted by the Pigeon Forge police
Department as correct. Delivery does not constitute acceptance. Bidder must include a
W-9 with the bid submission.
Bidders shall not add any conditions or qualilying statements to this bid, except as
provided herein. as otherwise the bid may be declared irregular as not being responsive to
the Advertisement tbr Bids.
Bids will be received by the City until 09:00 a.m.. May 5th.2026, ar which time they will
