Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from
qualified contractors to provide two (2) 35,000 GVWR Dump trucks with hoist, snow
plow blade & sander controls.

2 General Information
These unit(s) shall be a current model under standard production by the manufacturer and be furnished complete
with standard equipment and accessories as listed in the manufacturer's printed literature plus the specifications in
this bid. All equipment and options must be factory installed, if available.
ISU will generally be running bio-diesel fuel in this truck (minimum 5% blend). By signing this bid, you understand
and agree that this will not have any effect on our warranty coverage. If there is a maximum bio diesel percentage at
which the warranty is voided, state accordingly in your bid response.
All holes for mounting shall be drilled. Torched holes will not be accepted and the vehicle will likely be rejected, if
torched holes are found on vehicle.

3 Additional information
Unit shall be delivered to ISU by May 1, 2025 and ISU will accept delivery of the completed unit at any time. See
delivery address below

Contractor shall deliver unit with invoice , title/certificate of origin paperwork, and user manuals.
Dealer decals are not to be placed on the trailer.
ISU will not prepay for this dump truck. ISU will pay for unit after delivery (including the items above) upon receipt of
an invoice.
ISU will use these trucks for snow removal, hauling broken concrete, dirt, gravel etc.
