Specifications: One (1) new Arch Style Gutter Connected Greenhouse consisting of 5 Bays occupying a total coverage 23,400 square feet. Division of Forestry will be responsible for the building and constructing of this greenhouse kit.

Must have minimum wind load rating of 101 miles per hour for 3 seconds
•
Must have minimum snow load rating of 25 pounds per square foot.
•
The foundation of Greenhouse will be concrete piers poured to specification of stamped engineer drawings.

Column post of greenhouse will be square 3.5” galvanized tubing, that is constructed to slide on to anchors that are secured in concrete pier foundations.

Arches will be connected to gutter supports that run the entire span of the greenhouse. Gutters play a structural role in effectively transferring snow loads across the greenhouse. Will efficiently remove excess water across the greenhouse.

Must include all hardware to install entirety of the greenhouse structure
•
North and South End Walls on Bays 2 and 4 will have Sliding doors that are 8 feet wide by 7 feet tall or larger.
• All other hardware such as screws, bolts, clamps, ect. That is required to install the gutter
connected greenhouse must be included in the greenhouse kit.
