The intent of this solicitation is to secure a contract for Gun Range Cleaning Services for the City of Irving Police Department (IPD).
The shooting range's size and interior features require remediation: it consists of a 100-yard indoor range with 20 lanes, a sealed concrete floor, and Action Target Tactical closed baffle construction from the 0 to 50-yard line. From the 50 to 100-yard line, the ceiling is not tactically baffled, and the baffles are not closed. The bullet trap contains granular rubber media that is flame retardant.
There are no scheduled pre-bid meetings associated with this ITB solicitation.
