Description

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.



This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80AFRC26Q0003 for the 72-month inspection and maintenance of NASA 808 Gulfstream III aircraft.



This acquisition is a Full and Open Requirement. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 448190 and $40.0 Million, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition.



In accordance with 52.102, provisions and clauses have been incorporated by reference to the maximum practical extent. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will provide the full text of any provision or clause incorporated by reference. Full text of the provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at:

The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2025-06 https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far, pursuant to Executive Order (E.O.) 14275, “Restoring Common Sense to Federal Procurement” issued April 15, 2025 and NASA Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Supplement Procurement Class Deviation (PCD 26-03), dated January 20, 2026.

The solicitation procedures under FAR Part 12 will be used for this acquisition. The anticipated award date is on or before April 10, 2026.

Prospective offerors are encouraged to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer.
