The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for repairs of a damaged Guardrail at 101 Wallace Dr. Pictures of guardrail damage are attached to the line item.
Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State (GDOT) and City codes and regulations for the construction requirements for guardrails. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date.
Your response should clearly demonstrate your:
Understanding of Guardrail Repairs per Federal, State and Local codes and regulations
Qualifications in performing Guardrail Repairs ***Note: All licenses and/or certifications must be submitted with the proposal.
No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued.
The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker’s Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable:
Commercial General Liability: 1 Million Per Occurrence / 2 Million General Aggregate
All questions must be submitted through IonWave by the designated date and time of Monday, August 24, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time.

The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
