Project Description: The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) issues this Small Procurement on behalf of the Department of Juvenile and Family Services to solicit proposals from prospective Offerors to provide guardianship monitors to investigate specific matters pursuant to Md. Rule 10-106.2 and the Maryland Judiciary’s Guardianship Monitoring Protocol.
