Description

The City of Spokane Street Department is requesting bids for the performance of Guard Rail Repair Services resulting in a Unit Price Contract – subject to Prevailing Wages.

Services will be as-needed over a three-period, with a one-year renewal option. Vendor’s prices shall be firm throughout the first year of the contract period, 7/1/2025 through 6/30/2026. For multi-year contracts and/or contract extensions, prevailing wage rates must be updated annually. Services are that are subject to Prevailing Wage.

The winning Vendor shall receive a Unit Priced Contract and, upon complete and accepted services performed by the Vendor, the City shall issue payment in the applicable amount set forth Pricing Section for the actual services performed.
