GT Cellular amplification system

The Ohio Department of Veterans Services (ODVS) / Ohio Veterans Home (OVH) – Georgetown is seeking bids for the design , installation, commissioning and optimization of a vendor agnostic cellular amplification system for Ohio Veterans Home-Georgetown at 2003 Veterans Blvd., Georgetown, OH 45121. his turnkey solution will ensure SMS, Data, and Voice cellular services are available throughout the entire facility.

Optional site visit will be held on XX/XX/XXXX 04/01/2026 . The site visit will commence promptly on xx/xx/xxxx 04/01/2026 @ 10:00am 1:00 pm , barring any unforeseen circumstances that result in a delay of the site visit(s). The State will not be responsible to a Supplier that failed to obtain information discussed during these site visits due to their absence or arriving after the site visits had convened.

All questions and submittions are to be submitted via inquiry section in Ohio Buys. Additionally please submit your quote on company letterhead, and submit and attach to the Solicitation in Ohio Buys. The intent is to award this solicitation based on an evaluation process. Evaluation criteria can be found in the Scope of work Evaluation section.  Please review the Scope of Work for detail specifications that must be adhered to.  The Scope of Work can be found under the document section.
Note: Any pre-printed terms and conditions on forms used by the supplier do not supplement or replace the Standard Terms and Conditions of the State of Ohio, or any Specific Terms and Conditions of the resulting contract of any solicitation.  The Standard Terms and Conditions for the State of Ohio are not negotiable.
