GSU THC Laundry Services

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit’s Tohtachi Health Center in Tohatchi, New Mexico intends to exercise an option with Elite Laundry CO. Inc. for laundry services.

Period of performance:

2nd Option Period: 01/01/2025 – 12/31/2025

3rd Option Period: 01/01/2026 – 12/31/2026

NAICS 812320, drycleaning and laundry services (except coin-operated) with a small business set aside standard of $8.0 million applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract deems only one source available.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.

Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 10:00 am MDT on November 19, 2024.

A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
