GSU PawPrints requires the acquisition of a high-capacity, wide-format printing system capable of producing high-quality output on a wide range of materials for signage, display graphics, and packaging prototypes. The HP Latex R5300 is needed to meet high-volume production requirements while maintaining eco-conscious printing standards and versatile media support. Supplies and annual maintenance is to be included. GSU would like to trade in previous model HP Scitek FB500.
The HP R5300 is the only wide-format printer in its class that utilizes water-based latex inks while supporting rigid and flexible substrates up to 126 inches in width. This allows for indoor-safe, odorless printing, and eliminates the need for additional ventilation or off-gassing time.
