Purpose of Procurement
The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers interested in providing Project No. N005-016-26 - Dunwoody Campus, NE Building, Replace Terminal Units. This electronic Request for Qualified Contractors (eRFQC) is intended to identify one or more responsible suppliers who meet or exceed the identified requirements contained herein. This eRFQC will not result in contract award. Instead, this eRFQC will establish a list of one or more qualified suppliers who will be eligible to participate to win future contracts from the State Entity.
Georgia State University (GSU, ¿Using Agency¿), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Contractor services for the project known as Project No. N005-016-26, Dunwoody Campus, NE Building, Replace Terminal Units at Georgia State University, Dunwoody, Georgia.  This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Firms determined by the Owner to be the most qualified for this project, will be invited to offer Competitive Sealed Bids for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and additional terms and conditions listed in the Owner¿s Request for Qualifications / Request for Competitive Sealed Bids (RFQ/RFP). GSU reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of GSU.
This is STEP 1 in the solicitation process. No dollar amount is required, however, when uploading your Statements of Qualifications, Jaggaer may prompt you to enter a dollar amount. Please enter $0.01 as your dollar amount. Your pricing/bid amount will be part of the sealed bid process in STEP II, if your firm is "Shortlisted".
