Georgia State University (GSU, ¿Using Agency¿), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing General Contractor (¿GC¿) services for the project known as Project No. 1GSU-021-25, All Campuses, MRRF25 ADA Projectsat Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the services mentioned above. Firms determined by the Owner to be the most qualified for this project will be invited to offer Competitive Sealed Bids for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and additional terms and conditions listed in the Owner¿s Request for Qualifications / Request for Competitive Sealed Bids (RFQ/RFP). GSU reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of GSU.
GSU is seeking to renovate the men¿s and women¿s restroom facilities located on the 11th floor of the Urban Life Building in the Atlanta Campus, the women¿s restroom facilities on the first floor of the NSC Building in the Atlanta Campus and the women¿s and men¿s restrooms facilities in the CM Building at the Clarkston Campus. The restroom facilities, including entry, door and hardware, toilet stall, floor, wall, ceiling, toilet partition, accessory, signage, etc. will be redesigned to meet ADA and GSU design standards
