GSDS FEASIBILITY STUDY. The City of Crookston is seeking proposals for a consultant to conduct a feasibility study for a Ground Source District Energy System (GSDS) in The Woods Addition, in Crookston, Minnesota. The Geothermal Feasibility Study will include a technical and economic risk analysis of a ground source district energy system compared to a “Business-As-Usual” scenario that would reflect the appropriate conventional approach expected for the development project (e.g., individual buildings with stand-alone HVAC systems). Request for Proposals (RFP) project packet regarding the Ground Source District Energy System (GSDS) in the Woods Addition will be located on the City of Crookston’s website, www.crookston.mn.us . Please submit an electronic PDF copy of your proposal to rfp@crookston.mn.us no later than Sunday, June  22, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED ABOVE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND WILL BE REJECTED BY THE CITY OF CROOKSTON.
