GSA Design Excellence Project - D-B - Dunseith, ND Land Port of Entry - Phase 1 Solicitation

This project is for the design and construction of the Dunseith Land Port of Entry facilities, which will include a new main inspection building, primary inspection canopy, non-commercial secondary canopy, and hard inspection building adjacent to the main building. Construction of four new covered primary inspection lanes, new commercial secondary inspection dock and facility, and NII building. This project is designated as a GSA Design Excellence project.

PHASE 1 – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

I. Draft of the Scope of Work, Appendix, Exhibits, and Other Documents

Scope of Work documents are available. To receive a copy of the scope of work documents, offerors must first complete the provided CUI Information Request Form (Solicitation Attachment 01 – Request for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)) and return the completed/signed document to both the Contracting Officer at Rhonda.Widick@gsa.gov and the Contract Specialist at Christie.VandenDries@gsa.gov. Documents will be distributed to Offerors who return properly completed forms.

All questions related to solicitation 47PJ0023R0041 shall be submitted in writing via email, to both the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist, no later than 10:00 AM Mountain Time, June 26, 2023. Questions received after this cutoff may not receive a response.

All Phase 1 qualification submissions must be submitted via email and received by the Government no later than 10:00 AM, Mountain Time, July 11, 2023.
