A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project site at 11:00 am on August 6, 2026.
A deposit of $600.00 is required. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the
project manual. The Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management reserves the right to waive
irregularities and to reject any or all bids. NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders use at the bid
site.
