GRUNDY SEAWALL IMPROVEMENTS

Project Description: This contract consists of a base bid involving site preparation work for cleaning and recoating the bulkhead with a carboline splash zone product extending from Station 0+00 to 2+68. The Scope consists of cleaning and preparing the existing streel sheet piles to an SSPC-SP10 finish, repairing any identified holes, and applying new band-coating. The award will be contingent upon all applicable requirements of 24 CFR Part 58, including but not limited to the completion of the environmental review process and the receipt of an executed Authority to Use Grant Funds (HUD-7015.16) from the Department of Housing & Community Development. No award can be entered into prior to the date of receipt of the 7015.16.
