Project Description: This contract consists of a base bid involving site preparation work for cleaning and recoating the bulkhead with a carboline splash zone product extending from Station 0+00 to 2+68. The Scope consists of cleaning and preparing the existing streel sheet piles to an SSPC-SP10 finish, repairing any identified holes, and applying new band-coating.
