The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals
(CSP) for the following project in Montgomery County, Conroe, Texas: CSP
No. 24-0000-A – GRP Building No. 12 and Maintenance Building to Plant
Power. (GRP Division).
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
This project is intended to provide GRP Building No. 12 and the Maintenance
Building with backup power from the main GRP water plant during a power
outage.
Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost: $ 608,000.
Estimated project schedule: Substantial Completion within 120 calendar
days after NTP.
