Grout, Tile Cleaning & Sealing, Montgomery RQ25*262464

The Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services is requesting grout,
tile cleaning and sealing at the 602, 602 Annex and 560 S. Lawrence Street,
Montgomery, AL. 36104 locations.

Square footage for each location is as follows:
560 S. Lawrence Street, Montgomery, AL. (Approx. 6843.15 square feet),
602 S. Lawrence Street, Montgomery, AL. (Approx. 1971.00 square feet), and
602 S. Lawrence Street (Annex), Montgomery, AL. (Approx. 664.20 square feet).

Work will be conducted on weekend(s) and must be coordinated with Mark Aspden prior
to start.

Suppliers are responsible for all losses/damages caused by its employees.

Supplier to include all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, etc. necessary to perform
work requested when submitting bid.

NOTE:
Suppliers responding to this solicitation must be no farther than 45 miles from location.
No subcontracting is allowed.
Supplier to provide references for work performed on this size square footage or larger.
Supplier must have liability insurance, minimum of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence,
$1,000,000.00 aggregate (include insurance certificate or letter of intent).
Suppliers with five or more employees must provide proof of Workman's Compensation
Insurance.  All requirements can be attached under the Supplier Attachment column.

Suppliers will be required to visit the site and sign the sign in sheet.
The site visit is scheduled for Monday, March 17, 2025 at 10:00 am.
